Welcome to the homepage of our website about Birchwood First Responders, we cover the South Western Suburbs of Lincoln. Our group is part of L.I.V.E.S (Lincolnshire Integrated Voluntary Emergency Service).
L.I.V.E.S is a charity which deals with pre-hospital care in Lincolnshire, and all its members are volunteers who give up their spare time to go out to 999 calls directed via Ambulance Control.
As First Responders we are trained in Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Oxygen therapy and the use of an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED).
